Unpublished Emails

In the last year, I published a few emails regarding Highland View Mobile Estates but there were several left behind as I waited for Due Process to run its course. After Dustin Erdman stood at my house harassing me and making a video of it, I tried to find out who was legally in charge here so I could file a lawsuit (regarding the water billing). I contacted the Corvallis Chamber of Commerce and the Housing Authority for information. I also contacted the Manufactured Communities Resource Center (MCRC) and exchanged several emails with Ken Pryor. Those emails are included here, numbered since his system removes message quoting. Ultimately, my case was accepted and then rejected by the Oregon Law Center with suspicious circumstances and no explanation for a few written contradictions. Unfortunately, I have been asked by the OLC attorney, Samantha Sheehan, not to publish any emails between us since she can be called into court, and I respect the privilege of attorney-client confidentiality even if Highland View does not. The eavesdropping and the monitoring of my internet activity is the only reason the landlord and his family have not been held accountable and the tenants are still paying a fraudulent water bill. I have her statement that they are not in compliance with the law and that they are obligated to show the facility water bills they get from the City of Corvallis. Ken Pryor corroborates this. The main page of the Legal section has already been updated with these documents as I learned Highland View had let their license to do business expire and that they don’t have a registered manager as required by the State, which makes the fake water bills only a small part of the problem. The first emails to the Oregon Attorney General have already been published, as well, though not as PDFs (available by request), and the final email published here is my reply to the last emails exchanged including bad message quoting. I see no reason to cleanup the formatting. I didn’t receive a reply, anyway. These emails are included here for legal reference and are probably not of interest unless they’re relevant to a current or future legal case. This brings things up to date on this site. Any other emails related to Highland View before 2026, to law enforcement or legal offices, will remain unpublished.
