Highland View Documents
Highland View Mobile Estates is where I own a manufactured home. After a series of unresolved legal issues documented on this site, I approached problems with management in writing again in 2025. The intent was to determine who was the officially registered manager so that we could go back to court and a judgement could be issued against them. It’s a proven fact that they’re guilty of knowingly overcharging tenants on this property for water – to the tune of at least $40,000 a year, possibly as much as $75,000 a year. They are refusing to show the facility water bills (the money they pay the City) and the law requires them to make that information public. They are not in compliance with many laws and they may be guilty of criminal level fraud. Recent documents show the situation is even worse. The Erdman’s are the family that manage this park and they’re the source of the problems here, but they’re nowhere to be found on the paperwork. They’re religious extremists, not good Christians, and they run everything by a dogma that conflicts with almost everyone else’s sense of reality. Ivan Erdman is basically the leader of a cult. And the ‘owner’, Michael Huarte, is one of of his followers. Now it appears that the business I pay my rent to isn’t even legitimate. I’ll publish a series of letters from this last year soon.

- Months of TransitionJanuary has been traditionally the slowest month of the year for business and finances are usually tight. This year adds a new car, new accounts, and driving for a new company. Busy and expensive – and it’s only the 3rd! I’m adjusting to a car that’s much lower than the jeep, too. I now have… Read more: Months of Transition
- ‘Tis the week before Christmas 2025…and things are not going as planned. I’ll publish a slew of emails from this last year showing how much effort has been put into finding out who the registered manager is where I live, but to no avail as nobody would answer my questions. The fake water bills keep coming, and it’s been proven… Read more: ‘Tis the week before Christmas 2025

- Ongoing: continuedThis is a complaint about DHS, Highland View Mobile Estates, and the Erdmann family who act as managers here. I am extremely upset. I hope there was a complaint with full video filed against me yesterday because I believe that video is actually proof of the fraud I’m accusing. Yesterday, when Ivan’s son Dustin, his… Read more: Ongoing: continued

- Legal ConsultI own a manufactured home here in Corvallis and I am seeking an attorney to represent me in my dealings with my landlord. Over grievances in the past, management has refused to communicate with me and refused mediation. The property owner mediated on management’s behalf and agreed to act as liaison henceforth. Now I’m being… Read more: Legal Consult
- OLCC LetterEdit: 09/25As I’m organizing this site, I’m including this copy of a letter to OLCC though it seems out of place. In context, there was a direct connection to the eavesdroppers in my home and the old Ruby Tuesdays, though I never did find out what that was all about. This may be related to… Read more: OLCC Letter
